On March 29th, we held our second Opioid Awareness Event at the Nyack Library. India interviewed Dr. Alain Litwin and two people in recovery to tell us about opioid addiction and to engage the audience in an important conversation around the ugly side of opioid dependency.

Over 50 people came together last night to learn about the growing opioid epidemic in Rockland County. Over 30 of our attendees were high school students. We are so grateful to our panelists for sharing their stories with us and for leading a candid conversation around how to support those who are living with addiction.
